Terms of Use

These terms apply to DartOut, a checkout calculator for 01 dart games for iOS and Android (the "App"), published by Kartech LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Using the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the App, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it.

Price and advertising

The App is free. It is supported by a banner advertisement served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and websites they promote. How advertising uses information is explained in the DartOut privacy policy.

The App's results

The checkout suggestions are a guide based on common darts practice. Check them against the rules of the game you are playing; we are not responsible for the outcome of any game or bet.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the App, or any part of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep using it. The App needs an internet connection only to show ads; its features work offline.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kartech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Because the App is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US$10.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement, including, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, your statutory rights in relation to digital content.

App stores

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from. If you downloaded it from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies and these terms add to it; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the App. Google is likewise not a party to these terms. Support is provided by us, as described on the DartOut support page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
